We only collect what's needed to quote, book and deliver a valet, plus optional analytics data if you consent to it.
We never ask for or store financial account numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers through this website.
To respond to quote requests, arrange and carry out bookings, follow up on quotes you didn't finish (unless you've opted out), send appointment-related messages, keep basic business records, and - only with consent - understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We use a small number of trusted service providers (known as "processors") to run this website and business. They only process data on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection obligations:

We may also disclose information where required by law, for example to HMRC for tax purposes, or to the police if legally compelled.
If you start the booking form and don't finish it, we may save your progress so Alfie can message you to help or answer questions - for example: "Hi [name], it's Alfie from Wilde Detailing - saw you were getting a quote for a [service] on your [vehicle]. Happy to help or answer any questions. Reply STOP and I won't message again." Every such message includes an opt-out instruction, and any reply of "STOP" is recorded and respected - you will not be contacted about that quote again. Abandoned quotes that aren't converted into a real booking are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days.
We use a simple cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, with equal prominence given to both choices. Nothing in the "Analytics & heatmaps" category loads until you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page.
