Cash or bank transfer
Payment is on the day, once the work is done: cash or a bank transfer, whichever is easier for you. Nothing is taken upfront and there's no deposit.

How does mobile car valeting work?
You tell me your vehicle size and when suits you, the form opens WhatsApp with it all written out, and I reply to confirm the time. Then I come to your home or workplace with all my own equipment and products. I don't carry my own water or generator, so I do need to connect to an outside tap and a standard plug socket at your address, along with a parking space by the car.
What areas do you cover?
I cover Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Bulkington, Balsall Common, Berkswell, Meriden, Stoneleigh, Knowle, Solihull and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether you're in range, message me on WhatsApp and I'll confirm.
How can I pay?
Cash or bank transfer on the day, once the work is done. I'll give you my bank details at the time if you want to transfer. Nothing is taken upfront and there's no deposit.
How far in advance do I need to book?
A few days' notice usually works, but slots do fill up, especially at weekends, so booking a week or so ahead gives you more choice of times.
What do you need from me on the day?
Access to the car, a parking space close enough for my hoses and cables, an outside tap and a standard plug socket. I bring the hoses and extension leads, but the water and the power need to come from your supply, so please check both are available before you book. If they aren't, message me first and I'll see what I can work around.
What happens if it's raining on the day?
Light rain isn't usually a problem since I dry the car down as part of the clean, but if it's heavy or forecast to stay that way, I'll message you to rearrange rather than do a job that won't last.
Can I book an interior clean or another one-off job?
Yes. There's an interior clean on its own, plus a standard and a deep in and out clean that do both, and they all go through the booking form the same way. Anything that isn't one of the cleans on the board is priced on the job instead, so send me a photo or a quick description on WhatsApp and I'll quote you directly.
