Booking terms & cancellation policy

Booking & payment

All bookings are provisional until confirmed by me on WhatsApp. Payment is taken on completion of the valet, by card or bank transfer. Nothing is charged upfront.

Access requirements

As a mobile service I need a reasonably flat parking space, access to an outside tap and a standard plug socket. If any of these aren't available at your address, let me know in the notes and I'll confirm whether I can still carry out the valet.

Weather policy

Light rain doesn't affect most cleans, but in the case of heavy rain, snow or freezing conditions I may need to reschedule for the safety and quality of the finish. I'll always contact you as early as possible to arrange a new time.

Cancellations & rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking wherever possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to pay a small deposit for future bookings.

Your data

The details you submit here are sent directly to my WhatsApp to arrange and confirm your booking. As you fill in this form, your details are also saved securely so I can follow up if you don't finish - unless you've ticked the "don't contact me" box above. See the Privacy Policy for full details, including how long this is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.
