Wilde Detailing is a mobile service. I travel to the address you provide, and the clean needs to happen on a driveway, in a private parking space, or somewhere else off the road. I won't work on a car parked on a busy road, because it isn't safe for me or for the traffic going past.
I also need enough clear space to get all the way around the vehicle without obstructions. If you haven't got off-road parking, message me before you book and I'll tell you whether your spot works or whether the car is better done somewhere else, for example at your workplace.
Power and water: I do not carry my own water supply or generator. I bring the hoses and extension cables, but the water and electricity come from your property, so I need access to a standard 3-pin power socket and an external tap. By booking, you confirm those are available and that I have your permission to connect to and use them while I work.
Your booked time is a start time. Jobs can occasionally run over if a vehicle needs extra attention, and I may need to adjust timings slightly for the jobs either side of yours.
The price is set by the clean you pick and the size of your car: £30 to £90 depending on the clean and the size of your car. The exact figure for your car is shown on this page once you've chosen both. If your vehicle needs significantly more work than usual, I will always confirm any price change with you before starting.
Extras are priced separately and only apply if you ask for them. Each one has a set price, shown next to it. Tell me when you book if any apply, and they'll be on the figure I confirm rather than added afterwards.
Payment is on the day: cash or a bank transfer, whichever is easier for you. It is paid once the work is complete, and I will give you my bank details at the time if you want to transfer.
The monthly plan has its own conditions: You need to have had a deep in and out clean with me first, so I know the car is starting from the right baseline. No minimum term. Cancel any time, just let me know before your next visit is due. Every visit brings the car back to the deep clean finish, not a quick wash-and-go.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and there's nothing to pay.
Cancel between 24 and 12 hours before your slot and 20% of the job value is payable.
Cancel less than 12 hours before your slot and 50% of the job value is payable.
The reason for this is simple: that slot was held for you, and someone else could have booked it. At short notice I can't fill it, so it's work I've lost.
To cancel or move your appointment, message me on WhatsApp. There's no cancel button on the site, it comes straight to me. Do it as early as you can and I'll do my best to find you another slot.
I take reasonable care of your vehicle and property throughout the clean. Please point out any existing damage or particularly delicate trim before I start.
